Orla is Head of the People & Culture team at Spence and is responsible for driving the people strategy across our businesses partnering with the Board and Senior Managers to create a culture and environment where talented people thrive and enjoy worthwhile and challenging careers.
Who am I?
Before joining us in 2017, Orla built up over 10 years experience in People & Culture, with deep experience in total reward management, performance & talent management, recruiting the best, and restructuring exercises largely within FTSE 100 financial services organisations.
